Good management is a requirement of any organization or institution, and an FM station is no exception. For an FM radio station it may include devising clear policies and ensuring their effective and just implementation for smooth management. Mainly four departments of an FM station are to be the subjects of good management practice: Administration, Programme, Sales & Marketing, and News & current affairs. In Pakistan , FM stations are faced with a lack of skilled manpower for their management posts and programme side.
