Matiullah Jan is voluntary chairman of the 3-member Intermedia Board of Trustees. Currently an anchorperson with Waqt News he has been working as Media Law & Policy Advisor at Internews Pakistan from September 2003 to March 2007 during which time he spearheaded the reform campaign on electronic media laws in Pakistan. He has also worked as special correspondent with Pakistan Television News, Supreme Court correspondent for News Network International (NNI) and The Frontier Post daily, and English news anchor for Radio Pakistan. With over 20 years experience with the country's broadcast and print media Mr. Jan is a Chevening Scholar with Masters in International Journalism (Broadcast) from City University, London, UK ; and Master in Defense and Strategic Studies (DSS) from Quaid-e-Azam University, Islamabad.

Nadeem Iqbal has an extensive print media background dating back to 1996. He has worked as investigative reporter and analyst for premier news organizations such as The News and The Nation. He also has an extensive consultancy background on development issues such as media, women's rights, food security and health. He also operates as an expert trainer for media on thematic issues and trains journalists from the print, radio and TV sectors. He has also published monographs and training manuals on reporting for Pakistani journalists. He is a trained documentary maker from Bristol University, UK. He is also a Chevening scholar.

Fakhira Najib has more than 15 years of professional experience. She has done Masters in Defense & Strategic Studies from Quaid e Azam University,Islamabad. She is an education professional and started her career as a primary school teacher with the federal government. Fakhira has been as Managing Director of Power Radio FM99 since 2008 and is responsible for the overall operations of the FM99 network. She has conceptualized, produced and broadcasted programs on education, reproductive health, women entrepreneurship and human rights. She also has experience working with professionals and experts on issues like gender-based violence, Youth, child protection and children’s rights, education, health, livelihood, law and order, political and economic issues.
